Crelate Support Account Assumption

Crelate provides the ability for support representatives to assume account access. This is used strictly for the purpose of decreasing response times and allowing for a more thorough account investigation. If you are requesting help from Crelate Support, they may ask you to temporary re-enable this setting to accelerate the handling of your support request.

Administrators may find this setting in Settings | Advanced Security (select here if you're logged in). This feature is disabled by default once your account has been active for 30 days and available to all customers.
