Overview
Crelate's native E-Signature feature allows you to send eSignature requests directly from Crelate records. The final signed document is automatically attached to the record it was sent from. You can also use eSignature Templates to streamline recurring signing workflows.
E-Signature is available as a paid add-on, purchased through your Crelate account settings.
How to Purchase or Upgrade
Navigate to Settings → Subscription → Manage Licenses.
Under the Crelate E-Signature section, review the available plan levels.
Select the plan that fits your organization's needs and follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
Available Plans
All plans include Unlimited Senders. Request limits are pooled across your entire organization.

Overage Requests
Each plan allows for up to 100 overage requests per month, billed at $1.25 per request. Overage requests reset monthly.

Downgrading Your Plan
To downgrade to a lower plan tier, please contact support@crelate.com. Downgrades cannot be self-served through the Settings page.
