As we continue to iterate on our AI Agents, review below for the latest digest of new enhancements. If you missed it, you can see Part 1 Updates Here.

We noticed after review thousands of chats, that many common job titles (Customer Success Manager, Program Manager, etc) were pulling in higher managerial level people based on the interpretation of the word "manager" being included. We trained the agent on common job titles including manager to exclude that behavior leading to better & more consistent results.

We've trained the agent to reference common and wider geographic territories (think Midwest, New England, DMV, etc). We noticed clients chatting and noticed these types of results inconsistently performing. That should now recognize dozens of common territory lookups.

Last week, you may have noticed the Direct Lookup enhancement (ability to look up Ian Remington at Crelate ---- or alternatively ---- Developers at Crelate). We noticed in the latter scenario, the Company wasn't weighted as significantly as we would've liked. We've added a greater boosting to now significantly prioritize the company (and you can always mark as Required if you only want to see that company).

We've trained the agent to now find contacts by county. We found people looking up contacts in Anne Arundel County, MD - which didn't return results so we've added enhancements to now support that!
