In Crelate, you'll have the ability to create activities for up to 25 selected contacts in bulk. You’ll be able to create activities in bulk from three main screens within Crelate outlined below.

**Please Note** The only activities that are available for bulk selection are those that are a Standard type of activities that DO NOT have a default activity form assigned. Calendar and Placement activities will NOT be available for bulk selection. More on that HERE.

From the contacts dashboard, you’ll have the option to select multiple contacts, choose the Selected Contacts drop down, Create Activity and then choosing the Activity which you would like to create.

From a Job Dashboard, you have the option to select multiple contacts, choose which activity you would like to create for these contacts.

From within Crelate's search feature (More on Search) select and highlight multiple contact records, choose the Selected Contacts drop down, Create Activity, and then choose the Activity which you would like to create.

Of note, if more than 25 contacts have been selected you may see the below dialogue.

Once you’ve selected your contacts, you may begin creating your selected activity for these contacts
