Steps to Assign Process Items to Contacts:
Navigate to Settings:
Click on the Settings icon at the bottom left corner to access your configuration options.
In the settings menu, locate and select Checklists. This is where you can manage the different tasks and items associated with the onboarding process.
Add a New Process Item:
Once in the Checklists section, click on the green plus sign (+) to add a new checklist or double-click to open an existing checklist
Assign the Item to a Contact:
On the right-hand side of the new item, navigate to the Assigned To section.
From the drop-down list, choose Contact being onboarded. This will link the process item to the contact currently being onboarded and link to the Employee Portal.
Save the Item:
Once you've made all necessary selections, click Save to finalize adding the process item to the checklist.
Notes:
Ensure the EmployeePortal_core feature is enabled for this functionality to work as intended.
You can add multiple process items to be assigned to various contacts as needed.
