Written by Matthew Brennan Fulton

This release brings Crelate's AI capabilities together into one connected experience. From a rebuilt AI Talent Assistant (current Chrome Extension), to a unified Agent Dashboard, and the addition of MCP and webhooks, everything is designed to help you spend less time on manual research and more time engaging the people who matter. Here's what's new.

AI Talent Assistant

The rebuilt Crelate Chrome extension acts as your AI Talent Assistant surfacing whether a person is already in your Crelate database, enriching their profile with fresh contact details, and letting you add or update records in a single click. It's faster, cleaner, and built to keep your data current as you work across the sites you source from every day.

AI Resume Parser

Crelate's AI Resume Parser turns raw resumes into clean, ready to use contact records directly within the AI Talent Assistant. Drag and drop a resume onto the panel, and Crelate parses it into a contact automatically — no manual data entry required.

Agent Dashboard

The Agent Dashboard is a centralized hub for AI-driven recruiting, combining insights from Crelate’s Discover and Insights Agents. It automatically surfaces smart suggestions, like new candidates, potential matches, and updates on existing contacts—in one unified view. Built to reduce time spent searching across systems, it streamlines candidate discovery, enrichment, and tracking, helping recruiters focus on engagement instead of manual research. By consolidating key tasks, it eliminates fragmented workflows and speeds up decision-making on top opportunities.

Agent Dashboard Ideas

The Agent Dashboard incorporates four distinct core ideas. The Discover Agent enhances recruiting by automating candidate sourcing and enrichment. When a new job opens, it instantly surfaces relevant candidates from proprietary sources, saving time and expanding reach. It also analyzes submitted candidates to find others with similar profiles, helping build stronger pipelines faster. The system flags potential duplicates by matching new profiles with existing records, allowing you to review before merging to keep data clean. Additionally, it tracks key contacts, those you engage with most, and alerts you to title or job changes, ensuring you're always informed about the people who matter most.

Crelate + MCP

Available for clients that have the Discover, Insights, or both Agents

Bring Crelate into the AI tools you already use. Crelate now supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), an open standard that securely connects your Crelate data to external AI assistants. Ask questions, surface candidates, and pull insights from your database using natural language, right inside the AI tools you work in. MCP is rolling out in early access to a limited group of customers.

Webhooks

Crelate is shipping an initial Webhooks offering matching the capabilities of pre-existing Zapier events: Create, Update, and Delete events for Contacts, Jobs, and Companies. This allows you to build more direct connections to your custom integrations or build new integrations directly to Crelate. After the release, Webhooks can be managed from a graphical interface in your Crelate, or via the Crelate API v3 with new Webhooks endpoints.

API Updates

As always, we're making some major API updates (and that's in addition to Webhooks & MCP) to help you pull more data from your system of record. This release sees updates to Relationships, Forms and more. Check out the guide below for a more detailed list of changes & updates.

eSignature

Crelate's new native E-Signature feature makes it easy to send, track, and manage signature requests without ever leaving the platform. Users can build reusable templates with custom signer roles and fields, then send documents in just a few clicks directly from a contact record or as part of an automated onboarding checklist. Once signed, completed documents are automatically saved to the right record, keeping everything organized and easy to find. It's a fast, seamless way to keep the hiring and onboarding process moving without switching tools or chasing down paperwork.

International Settings Update

Currently date and time format are org wide settings (Settings > Regional). With internationalization, different users within the same org may want differing settings. With this release, each user may update their personal settings to reflect their desired regional preferences.
