Save Your Prompt
Save your prompt is here! Now, either before you kick off your Discover Agent chat or afterwards, you can access your saved prompts via the header menu. Save up to 25 unique prompts, share prompts with other team members and have your 5 most recent automatically accessible. This should be a major time saver for clients who routinely run similar chats and want to quickly access them again at any time.
Agent Dashboard
The Agent Dashboard is your AI-powered recruiting command center in Crelate. It combines insights from the Discover Agent by proactively recommending talent to you.
You’ll see intelligent suggestions, called Ideas, that help you discover new people. Roughly 24 hours after a job is created, ideas of contacts will be automatically generated using Crelate's AI.
To access the dashboard:
You can find the Agents area by clicking the All Areas Globe in the lower-left corner of your navigation bar.

Living Resume
The Living Resume transforms static candidate profiles into dynamic, AI-updated summaries that continuously track and visualize experience, skills, and career history within Crelate. Built to save recruiters time spent verifying information across multiple sources, it provides an up-to-date, clear overview of candidates. This helps highlight important career moments, such as gaps, industry changes, or title shifts, enabling recruiters to focus more on engagement and less on data verification.
To access it:
Open a Contact record in Crelate.
On the right-hand side of your screen, locate the Living Resume button (it appears just below the Documents button).
Click Living Resume to open and view the candidate’s summarized profile.

We've introduced new icons to display prior to adding a contact when a phone, email or both is present.
