What each action costs
Crelate AI actions draw credits from one shared pool for your whole organization. These are the current costs:
Discovery search: 0.5 credits for each new search session on the Discovery page. Refining the search inside the session is free. Loading a saved or recent search starts a new session and costs 0.5 credits again.
Importing a person from Discovery: 5 credits, plus 20 if Crelate also enriches the person's email and phone number during the import. Importing a company costs 10.
Contact Data Enrichment: 20 credits for each contact that returns a match.
Premium resume parsing: 5 credits for each resume parsed successfully. Standard resume parsing does not use credits.
Crelate Chrome AI Talent Assistant: 5 credits to add a new contact, 10 to add a new company, 5 to add a new opportunity, and 20 to enrich a contact.
Contact Insights and Company Insights: 5 credits when Crelate links a contact or company to its Insights data.
AI Co-Pilot: based on how much work a request takes. A short question can use a fraction of a credit, and requests where Co-Pilot also takes actions in Crelate can use more. The window shows your running total for the session.
The cost shown in Crelate when you take an action is always the current one. Hover over an AI action to see its cost and your balance.
What does not use credits
Updating a record that already exists, including from the AI Talent Assistant.
Importing a Discovery record that is already in Crelate, or being charged for Insights again after an import.
Standard resume parsing, and the core features of Crelate.
An enrichment that finds no match, does not have enough contact details, or fails.
Where to see your balance
An Administrator can go to Settings > SUBSCRIPTION > Manage Licenses. The Your Credit Usage meter shows the credits used, your total, and the date it resets. If Crelate has given your organization bonus credits, the meter says so. Monthly credits are spent first, and bonus credits only after that. Unused monthly credits do not roll over. When you are close to using them all, Crelate shows an "almost out of credits" message.
What happens when credits run out
When the pool is empty, Crelate shows Out of Crelate AI Credits with your monthly allotment and your next reset date. Actions that need credits stop until the reset or until you add credits:
Contact Data Enrichment tells you there are not enough credits and when the next period begins.
The AI Talent Assistant will not add a new record and says "You are out of Crelate AI Credits." Updates to existing records still work.
AI Co-Pilot and Discovery imports stop.
Premium resume parsing switches to standard parsing, so your resumes still parse.
To add credits before the reset, contact your Success Manager or Support.
How many credits does my organization get?
The monthly allotment depends on your subscription, and the meter on Manage Licenses always shows yours. Contact your Success Manager or Support to compare options.
