If a Crelate Chrome extension is not working as expected, refreshing Chrome and then removing and reinstalling the extension usually brings it up to date. The steps are the same for both extensions. Only the name and the Chrome Web Store link differ. After reinstalling, you will need to sign in again and pin the extension to your toolbar.
Which Crelate Chrome extension do you have?
Crelate offers two Chrome extensions. Open chrome://extensions in Chrome and check the name.

Crelate AI Talent Assistant
Step 1: Refresh your browser
Refresh your browser before removing the extension. This can often update the extension to the latest version without reinstalling it.
Step 2: Remove the extension
Open Manage Extensions in Chrome, or go to chrome://extensions/.
Find Crelate AI Talent Assistant.
Select Remove, then confirm.
You can also right-click the extension icon and select Remove from Chrome.
Step 3: Reinstall the extension
Open the Crelate Chrome AI Talent Assistant page in the Chrome Web Store.
Select Add to Chrome, then select Add extension.
Refresh your browser before using the extension.
Sign in with your Crelate credentials. If the icon is not in your toolbar, select the Extensions icon (the puzzle piece) and pin it.

Classic Crelate Talent Chrome Extension

Check for updates manually
For either extension, you can check for updates without reinstalling:
Open chrome://extensions/.
Turn on Developer mode.
Select Update.
