If you are changing your domain or company name, the steps below will help you update the right places in Crelate.

If you are changing email domains

We recommend the following:

If you are changing your website, portal, or logos

  • Portal Logo: Adjust any logo, company name, or color configuration in your portal settings.

  • GDPR Term links: Any links previously created for GDPR management may also need to be updated.

  • Iframe for portal: Update your portal code if you change your Jobs page URL (see the note below).

    • If you have connected your Crelate Job Portal using CSS or the API, changes may be needed. We recommend changing your company name and related settings before you officially connect to your new domain or website.

  • Org name change for job postings: The display name can be updated in Crelate, but you will need to contact our Support team to make that change. You may also wish to reach out to a Crelate representative to change your Jobs page URL.

  • Email Templates / Signatures: Make any necessary updates to the templates and signatures you have already created.

If you need to update billing information

  • Update Payment Method: If the change requires a new payment method, an Admin or Billing Admin can update it directly in the app under your subscription.

  • If you need to adjust the contact information or address, please reach out to Crelate Support for further guidance.
