We’ve recently made a few new enhancements to improve your workflow:
Adding People to a Business Development Workflow
You can now add Contacts directly to a Business Development Opportunity Workflow! You can add people to your Business Development Workflows either from discovering People or Companies in the Discover Agent or directly from a Company Record within the Insights data.

When selecting the option to "Add" people to an Opportunity, you will now see the available selections for "By Workflow Type", which will include Business Development, along with Employment Search and Recruiting.
Create New List in Discovery
You can now create a new List for Contacts or Companies within Discovery when adding people or companies to your database!
Add Contacts to the "New" Stage From Discovery
People added from Discovery will now be included in the first "New" stage of your Recruiting Workflow instead of the first "In Progress" stage, the same as any Contacts added outside of Discovery, so that your processes will more closely align in all areas.
