To add an image to your email signature, you may cut and paste the image directly into the body of your signature.
Additionally, Crelate enforces a 10KB limit for inline (embedded/base64) images in the signature editor. This limit applies to the size of the image as embedded in the email, not just the file size on your computer.
1. To start, navigate to the main menu followed by Manage your Profile & Preferences
2. Next, select My Profile and then view the Email Signature header below.
**Please Note** You will need to paste images individually. You cannot paste multiple images or text and images in combination. We strongly recommend pasting into Microsoft Word prior to pasting into Crelate for the best experience.
To optimize images for your email signature, consider resizing the image to smaller dimensions (e.g., around 200β300 pixels wide) and saving it as a compressed JPG instead of a PNG. Additionally, you can use an image optimization tool to further compress the file without noticeable quality loss. For the most reliable display, host the image on a secure (https) public server and insert it into your signature using the image URL.
