What each Crelate plan is for

Crelate has four plans: Essentials, Business, Business Plus and Enterprise. This article shows what each plan adds and how limits grow, so you can decide which plan fits. Each plan includes everything in the plan before it.

Limits below are the standard limits for each plan. Crelate can adjust some limits for an individual organization.

Essentials

Essentials covers the core recruiting CRM:

  • Contacts, companies, jobs and placements records, global search, email and submittals, and bulk import.

  • Small limits: 1 GB of data storage, 5 custom activities, 3 published jobs per user, and no custom fields.

What Business adds

Business adds reporting, integrations and security controls:

  • Premium and custom reports, and the API.

  • Client Portal, with up to 10 portal users per portal.

  • Email Campaigns, bulk email (400 messages per user per day) and email journaling for one domain.

  • Sequencing, with 1 active sequence of up to 3 steps.

  • Custom user roles, two-factor authentication, auditing and compliance tools, including opt-out links and EEOC reports.

  • Premium resume parsing (200 parses a month), the resume toolbox, semantic search and external resume search.

  • Naming rules (up to 2,500), relationships with one default group, form requests, the RingCentral widget and the Placements page.

  • Higher limits: 15 GB of storage, 10 custom fields per record type, 20 custom activities and 50 published jobs per user.

What Business Plus adds

Business Plus adds customization and more capacity:

  • Sequencing with up to 50 active sequences, 15 steps per sequence and 500 active contacts per sequence.

  • Branded client portals, a customizable weekly report, stage and activity name mappings, and up to 100 portal users per portal.

  • The Business Development workflow and home page, and renaming workflow names.

  • Field-level (advanced) auditing and enforced strong passwords.

  • Advanced report features, webhooks, the Zoom integration and customizable relationship groups.

  • The RingCentral Connector texting add-on is available. Texting licenses are separate.

  • Higher limits: 50 GB of storage, 20 custom fields per record type, 30 custom activities, email journaling for up to 25 domains, and 350 premium parses a month.

What Enterprise adds

Enterprise keeps the Business Plus features and adds:

  • SAML single sign-on (beta).

  • Larger limits: 100 GB of storage, audit log retention of 365 days, and up to 10,000 naming rules.
