How to request cancellation of your Crelate Subscription

As much as we would hate to see any of our wonderful customers leave Crelate, we have a streamlined cancellation process you can use to request the cancellation of your account.

Note: Cancellation is subject to the our Terms of Service and any applicable Customer Subscription Agreement. Refer to these agreements for details.

To request cancellation, please navigate to Settings | Manage Licenses, and scroll to the very bottom and select Cancel.

After selecting Cancel, there will be a pop-up window where you can select the option at the bottom-right corner for Continue to Cancellation Request Form.

Lastly, please complete the Cancellation Request Form. Once completed, we will have a member of our team reach out to you for finalization.

**Please ensure you add your organization name to the Cancellation Form as shown in the screenshot below**

Data Deletion: Customer data is automatically deleted after an account as been cancelled for at least 180 days and in subject to our data retention, logging and backup policies. Customers are strongly encouraged and responsible for backing up their data when cancelling, and Crelate makes no warranties or representation that your data will be available or recoverable after your account is cancelled.
