When sending a Form Request, you have the ability to enable Notifications for when the request has been completed by the contact. Form Request Notifications will notify you in real-time as soon as a request has been completed.
To enable Form Request Notifications, first navigate to Menu | Manage Your Profile & Preferences.
Next, select Notifications and toggle the Form Request Completed setting to On.
Once this setting is enabled, you will start receiving notifications when a Form Request has been completed.
