What is the Label column?
Answer:
The Label column is a free-text field that can be used on the Recruiting Workflow when in List View. This column is only located on the Recruiting Workflow and does not flow over to the candidate record. With this being said, a candidate can be added to multiple opportunities and can have a unique label column on each one.
Pro Tip:
You can bulk update the Label column for multiple candidates at one time if needed:
