Blocking users from being able to edit and delete Reports in Crelate is a setting under User Roles that can be set for any User Role other than Admin.
Blocking users from deleting Reports
To get started, navigate to Settings and User Roles, then select the User Role in question.
From here, find the Reports setting under Misc and select Read. This will allow users to view all reports, but will block them from creating new or configuring/editing existing reports.
