On a Contact, Company, or Opportunity record you can create an Artifact by clicking on the Document option in the upper right.

Next click on “Create New” which will take you to the Create Artifact screen.

In the upper right hand corner use the menu to select the type of Artifact you want to create.

When you select the Artifact Type, your screen will update to give you access to information fields where you can enter any details about your Artifact and/or upload an attachment. When you have the necessary details entered about your Artifact select Save and you will return to the Document panel for your record.
