Why is my payment not verifying?

Crelate uses a 3rd party to validate and verify all payment information. In an instance of a payment failure or error, this is typically the result of a few main issues. We'll detail those issues below and how they may be corrected.

  1. Decline Code 2046 - If you're seeing this error, this means that your bank is unwilling to accept the charges. Crelate cannot control or alter this behavior. To rectify this, please contact your bank to authorize and approve this charge and return to later re-process.

  2. Incorrect Address - Should you not have the correct address, please verify that address is affiliated with the card you're entering.
