This article will discuss how to send an auto response when someone has applied to a job requisition. To start, you'll want to navigate to Settings | Advanced | Applicant Intake Settings
From there, you may configure your email response along with who that email comes from. This can be done for both job requisitions as well as your general consideration link.
You'll have the capability to add the Template's name, select who that template is coming from (either firstname.lastname@example.org or the job's primary owner), the subject line and the body of the email. As always, you may using mail merge fields when creating the template. You may reference this link, (Managing Email Templates) for how to manage and create email templates.
