How can I tell if an email has bounced?
Within a contact profile, you can view an alert icon (see below) to indicate that an email has bounced. Hovering your mouse over that icon will allow you to obtain more information about the exception. This contact will no longer be sent any bulk or campaign email even if accidentally included in the email. To remove the exception, simply update and save the email address on the contact's profile.
