If you have an outstanding invoice, you may pay that invoice directly within Crelate. This guide will walk you through that process.
If you see a banner at the top of your screen, select the Click Here option
If no banner exists, simply select Manage Licenses | Open Billing Portal
Next, select Billing History
Next, select the Pay Now option
From there, you can select Pay Now with the balance showing to complete the payment
There will will be one final step to either use a different payment method or complete the transaction by selecting Pay Now.
