Submitting a Question to Crelate Support

How to find help content and open a question to our support team

To utilize Crelate's knowledge base and support, select the Help icon in the lower right hand corner.

That will then display the help menu to the right hand side of your screen. There are 3 main options you may then engage with.

1. Send a Message - This allows you to open a dialogue with our support team. Select the prompts to categorize your question.

You may see related content (see below) based on the categorization of your request. If this does not answer your question, please start a dialogue below. **Please Note** For the fastest and most detailed response, please provide our team with as much detail as possible including any possible screen shots.

2. See Previous - This will allow you to view previous support questions

3. Search our Articles - This will allow you to query through our knowledge base. You'll be able to view related content or select See More Results to be taken to a new window. You may always access our 300+ articles and videos at any time by navigating to help.crelate.com
