Numbers on a dashboard are just the starting point—they spark questions more often than they provide answers. The real insight comes when you drill in and explore the records behind those numbers.

To drill down into your report, select the chart and click on the displayed value. This will instantly reveal the underlying records for that selection. For easier analysis, switch to List or Grid view to better visualize the results.
