Crelate offers a few ways to search for Candidates by Workflow Stage:

First, navigate to Search and select Go:

From here, select Advanced in the upper-right corner:

Now, you can select the Add Filter option to add the On Opportunity filter:

Lastly, select the Stage you are wishing to search:

First, navigate to Contacts and select Find:

Now, you can select Add Field to add the Candidate for Job filter:

Lastly, select the Stage you are wishing to search:
