Based on valuable feedback, we are rolling out a series of updates over the next several weeks to enhance the experience with our Crelate Native eSignature feature. Stay tuned for regular updates on what is to come next!

You can now replace an existing document within an eSignature template while keeping the fields already added to the original document. This makes it easier to update a document without having to recreate your fields from scratch.

To replace a document, select the three-dot menu within the document preview panel, then select Replace.

After selecting Replace, a confirmation window will appear letting you know that all changes made to the current document will be saved before you upload the replacement document.

Once you confirm, upload your new document, and the existing fields will carry over to the replacement document.

You can now upload multiple documents to an eSignature template, making it easier to include everything you need in a single signing packet.

After uploading your initial documents, you can add additional documents by selecting the + icon in the document preview. You can add up to 20 documents to a single eSignature template.

Note: The combined file size of the entire packet must be 10 MB or less.
