Welcome to Crelate’s 2024 release! We are estimating a September 23rd, 2024 release. The entire Crelate team has been working hard to bring you a wide range of new capabilities to help you stay productive and drive your business forward. This release includes a refreshed user interface, with softer colors, rounded edges, new fonts, and over 150 other small polish improvements throughout.

In addition, we bring our first step into an integration AI experience that pairs Real Recruiting Intelligence™ with Artificial Intelligence, directly within your current Crelate processes. Next, we’re enabling Checklists for all, this feature lets you stay organized, and make sure steps are not missed at every phase in your business process. Finally, we’re adding Quick Filters to reports to make it easier than ever to build per user dashboards, without needing to make copy after copy.

New - Crelate Co-Pilot

Crelate Business Plus customers can now preview the new Crelate Co-Pilot, powered by AI and Real Recruiter Intelligence™. To get started, your Crelate Administrator must enable Crelate Co-Pilot, and each user has the flexibility to opt-in as desired.

To use Crelate Co-Pilot, additional organization demographic data will be required. This information helps the AI generate more accurate and relevant prompts.

Crelate Co-Pilot brings almost 30 different capabilities to your fingertips: in the flow of your day-to-day use of Crelate. We call these capabilities Skills. Skills refer to the options and actions available within the Crelate Co-Pilot chat bot, which vary depending on the area of the app you are navigating and the data currently on the screen. Skills blend model AI capabilities together with recruiter specific contextual actions. Here are just some of the Skills available.

Available on Jobs

  • Generate interview questions

    Generate job descriptions

  • Suggest competitors (Strategy Tab)

  • Draft a recruiting strategy (Strategy Tab)

Available on Contacts:

  • Summarize a resume

  • Contact-specific options, including…

    • Tidy up contact records (e.g., fix name formatting, remove extra spaces)

    • Find missing data from the resumes (Example: LinkedIn / GitHub info)

    • Important date, for example: birthdays, post-placement suggestions and reminders

    • Engagement reminders (Do you need to respond? Is it time to reach back out?)

  • And more…

Available throughout:

  • Draft emails

We intend to develop new Skills based on usage and customer feedback. We hope you enjoy the first phase of our AI investment and submit your feedback via our Feedback Board.

New - Checklists for all

We’re excited to announce the expansion of our Checklist offerings with three distinct types:

  • New - Checklists: For managing general tasks.

  • Improved - Onboarding: To seamlessly welcome new hires.

  • New - Offboarding: For efficiently handling employee departures.

Basic Checklists are now available to all Business and higher-tier customers, while advanced Onboarding and Offboarding types will be exclusive to Omni customers that need to manage processes after the Placement.

Advanced Checklists (Onboarding and Offboarding) support additional capabilities such as external actions, like background checks, and task assignments in the employee portal.

Crelate's UI Refresh

We’ve made over 150 tweaks to our user interface, to freshen things up a bit. Look for more consistent colors, labels, spacing, and menus throughout. We’ve rounded edges, softened colors and shadows, and highlighted areas that users often miss. We know user interface chances can be challenging; we worked hard to make subtle changes and not move things around.

Improved UI Throughout Crelate

We upgraded the UI font to a more modern font while softening color palletes; we’ve added a new “Notice Me” blue to certain buttons, we’ve rounded the edges of dialogs, buttons, sliders, tags, colored and outlined the stars (making them much more accessible).

Improved - List Improvements

With almost 100 upvotes on our feedback board; we’ve added two top requested capabilities to Lists. From Contacts, Companies and Jobs/Opportunities, you can now see all Lists the record is a part of (not just the Top 10 Recent Lists), you can now assign multiple Lists at once and remove from multiple lists at once! New capabilities include:

  • NEW: See all Lists a record is currently on (Note: only lists you own or are shared with you.)

  • NEW: Add a record to multiple Lists at once

  • NEW: Remove a record from one or more Lists at once

From a Contact, Job or Company, navigate to This Contact | Manage Lists | See all Lists for this record…

From here you can see all shared and personal Lists the record is on. You can also bulk select and Remove the record from one or more of those lists.

To save time, you can now select multiple lists in the Select List(s) dialog.

New - Reporting/Quick Filters – Quicker User Dashboards

We've heard from many of our customers that they need a way to easily switch between data for different users within the Reports dashboard. Often, this has meant creating multiple report pages for each recruiter. With our new Quick Filter tiles in Reports, you can achieve the same result without the hassle of managing numerous report pages.

Why You’ll Love It:

Quick-Filter Tiles allow you to quickly toggle Report pages based on users and dates, making it easier than ever to access the data you need.

What’s New:

  • NEW - Quick Filters in "Configure Page": Easily set up Quick-Filter Tiles with the new "quick filters" option in the "configure page" section of your Reports. We have created the ability to add Quick Filters for Users or Dates to customize your report views.

  • NEW - Customizable Options

  • NEW - User Filters: Multi lookup which allows you to select which users you want tiles displayed for. Note: if left blank, it will display for all users.

  • NEW - Date Filters:

    • Quick-Filter Tiles for Dates

    • Time Period Selection: Choose from options like This Week, This Month, Last Year, Last Quarter, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, etc.

  • Entity-Specific Picklists: For pages with multiple entities (e.g., activity data, job data), there will be a picklist for each entity.

  • Default Fields:

    • For activities and placements, the default field is "When".

    • For all other entities, the default field is "Created On".

New - Marketplace Partners

The summer of partnerships is here with nine new preferred partners built into the Crelate ecosystem. As a Talent Platform, we're constantly looking for opportunities to provide cutting edge technology both built natively in Crelate and via world class partnerships.
