Crelate provides the ability to track how long candidates remain in specific stages of your hiring process and how long it takes you to close open jobs. Crelate provides many custom reporting options as well as default standard reports to allow you to grab all of your time based reporting needs.

We'll detail both in the article:

Time in Stage

As a default report located in Candidates | By Stage, Crelate allows customers to track how long candidates have remained in a particular stage. You may use the filters, depicted to the right of the screen, to filter down by specific opportunities, stages, and more. These types of reports are commonly run when looking to review potential backlogs in the process. Noticing contacts are hanging around for too long in your new stage and aren't progressing to an interview? Easily tell across specific jobs or as a whole to take quick action to change your team's behavior.

Time to Fill

We'll first start with a question. How is time to fill calculated? The Time to Fill metric will be the difference between your Close date and Open Date (more on date fields here).

Customers are able to review these date fields within an opportunity record.

An Open Date will be automatically added when the job is created. This can manually be changed if needed.

Additionally, when placing a candidate, you'll have the option to move the job to a closed status, which will automatically added a closed date on your behalf. This date can later be manually changed if needed.
