Once you have defined at least one onboarding template and created a checklist for a candidate, the real work begins of completing the onboarding process you’ve defined. Here we’ll show you how to view and update onboarding checklists and checklist items.
There are a couple ways to view onboarding items:
From a Candidate record (most common)
From the left navigation bar, select Home > Onboarding (shows all checklist items for all contact records)
