About this Guide

This guide gives users a quick highlight and summary of Crelate's upcoming feature release on March 8th, 2021.

eSignature

Customers will now have the ability, without leaving Crelate, to generate, send and track the progress of documents requiring eSignatures. Users can create templates for various signature requirements to easily automate the process of generating and completing eSignature requests. These documents update in real time and save directly in real time on contact records for easy management. This feature will be available as a purchased add-on to all customers.

Form Requests

Customers will have the ability to send form requests to contacts via email that they may complete, instantly returning these results to your database. Request the latest information from candidates such as contact information, resumes, and job history to ensure your database has the latest information on each contact you are targeting. Recipients can complete Form Requests a login by using the sharable URL, reducing the barrier to entry. This feature will be available to all customers on a Business or higher subscription.

Record Statuses

Towards the end of 2020, Crelate introduced Contact statuses. In our latest release, customers can add status colors and communication warnings to avoid contacting record with a specific status. Records will now input with an existing status that can be customized completely to indicate statuses such as Active, Inactive, or Do Not Contact. This feature will be available to all customers.

Job Portal and Portal Widget

As we flipped the calendar to 2021, we looked to give our Career Portal a serious upgrade by creating an improved mobile experience along with performance and style enhancements. In doing so, we made it easier than ever for new or existing customers to embed their job portal into their website by including a short code snippet that can be copied and pasted directly into your CMS. This feature will be available to all customers.

Job Strategy Tab

Within each job or lead, we added the ability for customers to enter their search strategy, target companies and easily see the public description for a job. Use this section to streamline important opportunity information to ensure you and your team are in sync with your clients. This feature will be available to all customers.

Naming Rules (Private BETA)

Customers will have the ability to set aliases for company names to ensure a high standard of data integrity when importing contact records. Take for example, the fictitious company, Johnson & James. You may see this company listed on resumes as Johnson and James, J & J, etc. Now, you will have the ability to ensure all aliases are imported under a single name when importing via the Chrome Extension, Resume Parse or Excel import. This feature will be available to all customers on a Business or higher subscription.

Data Import Improvements

Customers will now have the ability to import and map notes when importing a spreadsheet. We have also streamlined data mapping making the process easier than ever. This feature will be available to all customers.
