In Crelate, you'll have the ability to close any opportunity. This serves a number of purposes from removing that job from any open view to automatically unpublishing the position from any external sites.

When navigating to an opportunity, you may alter the Job's Sales Stage at any time by using the Stage drop down and selecting Closed (or whatever nomenclature you use). Crelate provides the ability to Customize your Workflows so that you may create language that is familiar to your business.

Pro Tip: Ensure your Sales Stage that you're using to denote Closed is set as a Type of Closed (see below). This is recommended to ensure if the job is posted to any external sites, the feed is removed once an opportunity is moved to a Closed Type.
