Crelate offers the ability to automatically assist in the normalization of Company, Job Title, and Degree names. The goal is to normalize the names that enter your database to reduce duplicate items. Crelate will automatically scan through the imported resume to automatically standardize names and look to remove suffixes such as co, corp, inc, and others from company names and match with existing records within your database.
This setting is recommended and is enabled by default. Should you wish to alter your settings, navigate to Settings | Resume Parser.
