A shared email connection is one that had been shared either by yourself or a colleague within Crelate. A shared connection will allow other users, not only yourself, to send from that email address. Typically, this used in cases in which an email is general such as: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. This will allow your team to seamlessly send from that address directly within their Crelate account.
To start, select your navigation menu and select Your Profile & Preferences
Next, you'll want to select the slide from 'Not Shared' to 'Shared' and then save.
When sending an email, by selecting your address in the From line, you'll now have multiple addresses with which to send from.
