When selecting contacts to send a text message to, you may be met with the following dialogue notifying you that not all contacts selected have a mobile number.
Once selecting OK you'll have the ability to review which contacts were included in your bulk text versus the contacts you had originally selected.
You may send to your list as is, or return to a contact to add or edit a current number. There are two options here outlined below:
1. The contact does not have a phone number listed. In this scenario, select the Add option on a contact record and create a new mobile number.
2. The contact has a phone number that is a non-mobile type. In this scenario, select the type (see below) and alter to Mobile followed by saving.
