If your domain is not verified, you may see the below message when navigating to the 'Campaigns' tab. Simply select the link to check for verification.

Email Campaign requires a little setup. The reason for the additional set up is that to combat the chance of email being flagged as Spam, you'll need to add entries to your DNS (Domain Name Service Provider), which is often something like GoDaddy, Hostgator, etc. This is required to let your DNS provider know that another email server (Crelate) will be sending email on behalf of your domain.

Selecting that link or navigating to Settings | Email Campaigns will allow you to View Details on your existing domain or select the (+) sign to create your domain.

Viewing the details will display the verification statuses of the SPF, DKIM, and CNAME records.

Should any setup be incorrectly added to your DNS, you'll notice a red warning icon. From there, you may navigate to you DNS to correct the record. Once corrected, you may attempt to verify your domain. Navigate here Email Campaign Setup Guide for more information.

**Please Note** The length of verification varies by DNS and may take up to 24-48 hours to process.
