In Crelate, there are several place in which you may sort and organize your columns alphabetically, numerically and by date. Selecting the column will trigger that sorting.

Within the contacts tab (see below) you are able to sort the following columns:

  • Name Based Fields: Name, First Name, Last Name, Middle Name,

  • Date Based Fields: All default date fields as well as any custom date field created

  • Numeric Fields: All default numeric fields (such as salary) as well as any custom numeric field created

  • Miscellaneous: Record Type, Salutation, Source, Updated By, Created On

Within Crelate's Search there are also additional and popular columns such as job title and company that can be alphabetically sorted. Once you're in 'grid' view, you may add and remove columns as needed. Within search, you'll have more available columns to sort and categorize your contacts.
