Why would I receive the one of following dialogue and email messages when forwarding an email into Crelate: Whoops, something's not quite right, here's what went wrong. There are several common occurrences for this messaging.



1. The email forwarded did not have an attachment. An attachment is required to create a new profile. If no attachment exists, a new record cannot be created.

2. The email address you're attempting to forward in does not match an existing contact record in the database. Please double check the address you're forwarding in is an exact match for a record email address that exists within Crelate.
