We’re excited to introduce powerful new capabilities through Crelate’s Discover and Insights Agents—designed to help recruiting teams work smarter by surfacing the right people and the right actions automatically. The Discover Agent connects you to a live, AI-refreshed database of verified contacts & companies, helping your team identify new talent and decision-makers you’re not yet tracking. Meanwhile, the Insights Agent continuously monitors your internal database, refreshing stale records and flagging timely signals. Together, they keep your team ahead of the curve—eliminating the need for manual digging and making sure you never miss an opportunity.


Insights Agent

What it is

The Insights Agent transforms your Living Platform from a static system into a dynamic, continuously refreshed source of truth. Each month, Crelate automatically updates records with new job titles, company changes, phone numbers, and email addresses to keep your data alive and your insights current without manual effort.

Why it was built

Recruiting teams rely on data that quickly goes stale. As people change jobs, contact details shift, and companies evolve, valuable information becomes outdated and opportunities are lost. The Living Platform was built to eliminate that decay, ensuring your database stays accurate, enriched, and actionable over time.

What it solves for

The Living Platform removes the burden of manual data maintenance, helps teams re-engage known talent with confidence, and ensures every outreach, search, and report is powered by up-to-date information & refreshed monthly. It turns your database into a living, breathing asset that continuously delivers value.


Agent Dashboard

What it is

The Agent Dashboard is your command center for AI-driven recruiting. It surfaces intelligent suggestions in the form of Ideas (Ideas listed in the next section) from both the Discover and Insights Agents, showing you new candidates to consider, potential matches to review, and updates on people you already care about all in one unified view.

Why it was built

Recruiters spend valuable time searching across systems, trying to connect dots between candidates, roles, and relationships. The Agent Dashboard brings those insights to you automatically so you can focus on engagement, not research.

What it solves for

By consolidating candidate discovery, enrichment, and awareness into a single space, the Agent Dashboard eliminates fragmented workflows and helps you act faster on the most relevant opportunities in your database and beyond.


Agent Dashboard Ideas

The Agent Dashboard contains a four core ideas. We'll outline a description of each.

Discover New People

When you open a new job requisition, the Discover Agent instantly searches proprietary sources to surface new, relevant candidates saving hours of manual sourcing and expanding your reach beyond your existing database.

Find People Based on Those You've Submitted

After you’ve submitted candidates, the system analyzes their profiles and identifies others with similar skills and experiences helping you build stronger, faster pipelines around the profiles you already trust.

Potential Match/Duplicate

When our AI detects that a record in your database might correspond to a newly discovered profile, it flags it as a potential match. You can review and confirm before any merge occurs keeping your data clean while enriching your records responsibly.

People You Care About

Using proprietary Crelate algorithms, the system identifies the contacts that matter most to you based on how you work, who you engage with, and where you focus your attention. When those people make career moves or title changes, the Agent Dashboard alerts you automatically, so you’re always in the know when it counts.


Agentic Fields

What it is

Agentic Fields are standardized data fields automatically enriched and maintained within your database. They bring structure to key information like role, title, years of experience, seniority level, and industry—creating a consistent, searchable foundation for your entire team.

Why it was built

Recruiters rely heavily on tags and custom fields, but those can be inconsistent, error-prone, and fragmented across users. Agentic Fields were built to reduce that manual effort by automatically enriching records with reliable, standardized data—ensuring consistency across every search, filter, and workflow.

What it solves for

Agentic Fields unify your data and power smarter discovery. By supplementing (not replacing) tags and custom fields, they help teams find the right candidates faster and more accurately all while preserving the unique insights recruiters add through real conversations.


Living Resume

What it is

The Living Resume transforms static candidate profiles into dynamic, AI-enhanced summaries. It continuously updates and visualizes each contact’s experience, history, skills, and career path giving recruiters an at-a-glance view right inside Crelate.

Why it was built

Recruiters were spending hours each day cross-checking records against LinkedIn or other sources to verify job titles and career moves. The Living Resume eliminates that repetitive work, giving back valuable time to focus on higher-impact activities like client calls and candidate engagement.

What it solves for

By keeping profiles current and visually highlighting key career moments like employment gaps, short stints, industry shifts, or title changes.


Train Your Agents

What it is

Training Your Agent empowers Crelate’s AI Agents to learn from your organization’s own data. By mapping your tags and custom fields into Crelate’s broader data models, the system blends your curated knowledge with our enriched intelligence so the Agent can source and rank candidates using both perspectives.

Why it was built

Every firm’s database is unique. Without your context, AI can only optimize from its own data set, which can unintentionally bias results toward external records. Agent Training was built to close that gap, teaching your Agent what matters most to you and how your team defines talent.

What it solves for

By training your Agent with your data, you’ll get smarter, more balanced search results that reflect both your proprietary insights and Crelate’s enriched intelligence. Whether the right person is already in your database or still out in the market, the Agent will surface them side by side helping you start with the best people even faster.


Crelate Co-Pilot {Updated}

What it is

Crelate Copilot is your in-platform Gen AI assistant now completely redesigned for a smarter, more seamless experience. With a chat-first interface, Copilot lives directly within your workflow, letting you ask questions about candidates, companies, and jobs or quickly generate content like emails and job descriptions.

Why it was built

Our original Copilot helped automate content creation but wasn’t integrated deeply enough into recruiters’ day-to-day flow. This redesign focuses on adoption putting Copilot where you work to enhancing context awareness.

What it solves for

The new Copilot removes friction from daily tasks. It streamlines communication, accelerates content creation, and enables real-time insights directly from your records.
