Save a search

To reuse a search later, run it and save it from the Search menu at the top left.

  1. Run your search.

  2. Open the Search menu and select Save this Search....

  3. Enter a name. To let others in your organization use it, check the option to share it.

  4. Select OK.

Save this Search... only appears after you have run a search, and not when you already have a saved search open. To change a saved search, see the next section.

Change a saved search or save a copy

To change a saved search, open it from the Search menu, change the filters or terms, then save the changes.

  1. Open the saved search from the Search menu and make your changes.

  2. Open the Search menu again and select Save Changes....

  3. Confirm by selecting Save Changes.

Save Changes... only appears after you change something. To keep the original and save your changes as a new search, select Save As... instead. The new search starts with the same name plus "Copy", which you can edit.

Share a saved search

To share a saved search with your organization, open it and select Share... from the Search menu.

  1. Open the saved search from the Search menu.

  2. Open the Search menu and select Share..., then confirm.

Sharing makes the search available to all other users in your Crelate organization, and other users will be able to view and modify it. To stop sharing, open the Search menu and select Un-Share.... Other users will no longer be able to view it.

Rename a saved search

To rename a saved search, open it and select Rename... from the Search menu.

  1. Open the saved search from the Search menu.

  2. Open the Search menu and select Rename....

  3. Enter the new name and select OK.

Delete a saved search

To delete a saved search, open it and select Delete... from the Search menu, then confirm. See Saving and Deleting a Search for more.
